Information Disclosure Standards

SOHGO SECURITY SERVICES CO., LTD. releases information in accordance with rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange concerning the timely disclosure of corporate information by issuers of listed securities (the “Timely Disclosure Rules”). Information subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules is disclosed in accordance with those rules, using the Timely Disclosure Network (TDNet) operated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Promptly following its release via TDNet, such information is posted on the IR Information website (“this Website”).

Quiet Period

To ensure fairness by preventing leaks of information concerning financial results, Sohgo Security Services Co., Ltd. observes a quiet period from the day after the closing date of each quarter until the release of financial results. During this period, the Company will neither comment on nor answer questions concerning its financial results. However, if it becomes apparent during this quiet period that actual results will differ significantly from initial projections, the Company will release such information as appropriate, in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
